The Draper Hi-Torq 12 Piece Ratchet Combination Spanner Set delivers professional-grade performance for mechanics, maintenance engineers and tradespeople working in confined spaces. This metric spanner set combines the versatility of a traditional combination spanner with the efficiency of a fine-tooth ratchet mechanism. Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, each spanner is forged, hardened and tempered before being fully polished and mirror chrome plated for lasting corrosion protection. The 90-tooth ratchet mechanism in the ring end requires just 4° of movement to engage, making these spanners ideal for working around obstructions where a standard spanner cannot complete a full swing. The open end is offset at 15° to provide knuckle clearance and improved access to recessed fasteners. The 12-point Hi-Torq ring design transfers torque to the flats of nuts and bolts rather than the corners, reducing the risk of rounding off fastener heads and providing optimal leverage on stubborn fixings. This 12-piece set covers the most commonly used metric sizes from 8mm to 19mm, supplied organised in a convenient plastic storage rack for workshop or mobile use.
