The Draper 25 Piece Black Oxide Coated HSS Drill Bit Set is a comprehensive drill bit collection designed for versatile drilling applications across multiple materials. This high speed steel drill bit set features fully ground bits with a 135° split point, providing precise centring to prevent drill wander and ensure accurate hole positioning every time. The black oxide coating distinguishes these bits from standard HSS drill bits, delivering enhanced durability and superior corrosion resistance for extended service life. Unlike some drill bits that require cooling agents during use, the Draper Black Series can be used dry, making them more convenient for everyday drilling tasks. This versatile set is suitable for drilling through metal, wood, chipboard and plastic, making it an ideal choice for general tradespeople, maintenance contractors and workshop applications. The comprehensive size range from 1.0mm to 13.0mm in 0.5mm increments ensures you have the right bit for precision work and larger bore holes alike. All bits feature round shanks compatible with standard 10mm and 13mm drill chucks, and the set is supplied in a protective plastic case for organised storage and transport.
